A.J. Smith, the father of the show’s main character, Charlie, told the New York Times that he was very excited to work with creator Justin Roiland.
Smith said in a statement, “I am honored to be working with Justin and we’re looking forward to working together in this new venture.
I am thrilled to be a part of The Vampire Diapers, where I hope to be part of the team that will bring you more fun and interesting characters than ever before.”
Smith, who is married with two children, said he was excited to get to work on the new series, but he said he had a few questions about how the first season would go.
“I really wanted to know what’s going to happen,” he said.
The Vampire diaries” will debut on the CW on March 30.
