Waukegan, Wisconsin — A Wauokee man who pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography in Wisconsin was sentenced Wednesday to 20-years in prison, the Associated Press reported.

John James Williams, who was 18 years old at the time of the offenses, pleaded guilty last month to possession of child pornography and was sentenced to four years probation and ordered to undergo sexual offender treatment, the AP reported.

Williams was arrested in September 2016 after authorities discovered child pornography on his computer.

The investigation led to a search warrant executed in November that resulted in the discovery of more than 150,000 images of child sex abuse and child exploitation.

Waukeshia Police Lt.

Ryan Kochen told the AP that the images included photos of young girls, which he said were sent to a child porn site, and one had pictures of a child having sex with a man.

He added that the alleged offender is a father of four children.

Williams’ attorney, John Baskins, told the Associated Post that the sentence is appropriate, given the severity of the crime and the defendant’s mental state at the end of the investigation.

He added that Williams is a loving father of three young children and is doing well.
